Rhondama possesses the capability to manufacture seals in-house, ranging from as small as 5mm ID up to 600mm. Our advanced bar feed technology supports long-run items, and our active tooling enables us to extend our manufacturing range. Whether you require standard profiles or custom-made parts, Rhondama can provide the solutions you need.
Regardless of your industry, Rhondama offers a comprehensive selection of materials, including elastomers (NBR, Viton, Silicone, EPDM) and plastics (PTFE, Acetal, Nylon, UHMWPE, PEEK and Ekonol), with the majority being FDA approved. Additionally, we now offer manufactured materials in metal-detectable variants.
We also offer a Rapid service on manufactured parts.

Rhondama is the place for you, at Rhondama we have the capabilities and the knowledge to get you out of a jam. We can have your equipment back up and running within hours.
With our CNC lathes we have the facility to manufacture you a seal and get your production back up and running. We charge £30 for our next day service or £50 for our same day service. Orders over £300 are charged at 10% of the order value.
